Who is the Command Center built for?
It is built for founder-led service businesses with small teams whose leads, delivery, documents and decisions have spread across too many tools — or still depend on the founder's memory.
Is this really the same system you build for clients?
It is the standardized version of the SAAVI Command Center: the same modules and structure for every subscriber, in a private workspace. It is not configured individually for your business.
Do I need any technical skill to run it?
No. It is built to be run by a busy founder or a small team, not by a systems administrator. Everything is in one place and the Weekly Review tells you what actually moved.
Can my team use it?
Yes. Team plans include seats for up to 10 people: your workspace owner invites teammates and chooses which areas each person may use, and sensitive areas stay restricted unless the owner grants access. Solo plans cover one person — you — and you can move to a team plan when you hire; your data comes with you.
Is my business data private?
Yes. Every subscriber receives a separate workspace. Access is checked against that workspace, and one customer's team cannot view or manage another customer's information.
Does standard access include custom setup?
No. Standard access gives you the ready-to-use Command Center as designed. Process mapping, custom workflows, specialized integrations and business-specific configuration are separate custom work, not part of a subscription.
How does billing work?
You pay the full term price up front — every 3, 6 or 12 months depending on the plan. The per-month figures on each plan are only equivalents to help you compare; you are never charged monthly.
Does it connect to my calendar or email inbox?
No. Calendar and email inbox connections are not part of subscriber workspaces. Email sequences and the newsletter are included as modules.
What happens when my term ends?
Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time and you keep full access through the term you already paid for — no surprises, no lockout.
What if my business needs something custom?
Some businesses need the system shaped to their own workflows, language and integrations. That is a separate custom business systems project, scoped on its own — see the custom systems link at the bottom of this page.
